If you’re looking for someone to simply drive you around to look at some homes, period, Molly is not for you. Or, if you’re selling your home and you want someone to just put up a sign and wait for other brokers to hopefully call then, again, Molly is not for you. But, if you’re looking for a true professional, someone who really knows the business and has seen it all, then Molly is whom you want. Brokers are a dime a dozen, especially in the Up North markets who do everything the same. Molly is different: she understands and practices the intricacies of targeted marketing and importantly she has specific expertise in the markets she handles; because she has so many years of experience she anticipates and solves problems instead of just bringing them to your attention; and, this is critical, Molly enjoys close, cordial, professional relationships with all of the area’s top recognized brokers which means you’re receiving the greatest possible saturation whether on the buy or sell side (very important in a small market). She does not take on dozens of assignments so she has time to spend on your particular one. Molly also has background experience with owning and managing residential properties therefore she understands construction, valuation (for those requiring a mortgage) in other words she’s been there as a Principal and not just a salesperson. She provided excellent recommendations when we needed inspections, lawyers and a competent title company. Unlike most brokers, Molly actually reads all the documents that typically go back and forth between lawyers/Principals and provided very constructive and meaningful input and advice.
Important for those selling their homes, if you value your privacy (and respect your neighbors’ as well) Molly sold ours with no broker parties, no open houses and no signs whatsoever. It was accomplished purely based on her working the phones with her fellow brokers as well as her own clientele. In addition, many sites/homes are for those seeking “second homes”. From independent discussions I had it was clear that Molly is very highly respected within the nationwide Coldwell Banker Luxury market as well as other similar ones which naturally provides her access to those with the ability to seek and close on the higher end properties. However, based on similar discussions, I also concluded that she pays equal attention to those projects at a more modest level. Finally, Molly vetted each possible buyer so that no time was wasted.
Simply put, based on our experience, rather than being considered a typical, run of the mill broker, Molly is tantamount to having a high-end, sophisticated, real estate Consultant who just happens to get compensated based on a percentage of the sale. She’s much more than any other residential broker we’ve encountered.
We were looking for a new home and relocating from out of state during Covid, so we needed to find someone who is trustworthy, transparent, responsive, and an excellent communicator. Upon our first phone conversation with Molly, her warmth and professionalism came through and we knew it would be a good fit. Molly came to each showing, prompt and prepared. Molly was able to find us a home that had been off-market and walked us through an incredibly detailed Facetime tour because we had returned to our home state. We ended up purchasing a home through Molly, sight unseen, which speaks to level of trust we were able to place in her, plus her ability navigate all the nuances of purchasing a home during Covid. After we moved in, I reached out to Molly several times for local advice/ recommendations. She was just as helpful and prompt as she was during our home buying experience. We have been in our home for 6 months now and absolutely love it and are so grateful for Molly and the ease she brought to our home buying experience!
Upon listening to our land line phone messages many weeks ago, one stood out for many reasons. It was the voice of a realtor making cold calls to homeowners on our road hoping to find someone interested in listing their home. There was something very special about that voice in that It exuded sincerity and warmth. We were not interested in selling our home and, normally, I would have deleted the message. But, predicated on the quality of her voice, I chose to text her. Molly, immediately, returned my text and said she was looking for the right home for her clients. I told her we weren't going to be selling but had very good friends who were thinking of listing in the near future. The introduction was made. My friends were thrilled with her qualities, professionalism, knowledge, and resources, if they should be needed. I know Molly has been diligent in being sure her clients and my friends are able to make their moving process go as smoothly as possible. She goes above and beyond and truly walks the walk!!! She is the epitome of my image of who a good realtor should be.
We found Molly to be delightful, funny, encouraging, highly knowledgeable of the area and real estate market, process and negotiations. We were selling our home of 24+ years that had a huge barn and 8 out buildings on ten acres. We also were looking for a new place for retirement at the same time. It was a monumental task I don’t know how we would have gotten through this process without her help. She kept everyone we had to deal with inline and on schedule and in a very pleasant and professional way. She has a wonderful ability to listen, calm your fears and get things going on the right track. Molly was available to us to answer questions, set up showings almost anytime day or night. If we had to leave a message on text she always got back to us within a few minutes to a couple hours usually. Molly listed and sold our home in 6 weeks and also found us our new home and somehow managed to get it closed in two weeks! Molly works hard for you and loves her job and is fantastic at it!
