Happy July and Welcome to Traverse City!

July is a vibrant and exciting month in Traverse City. This region is known as the "Cherry Capital of the World," and Traverse City comes alive with the celebration of the National Cherry Festival, which begins tomorrow, July 1st, and runs through July 8th! The city is enveloped in a sea of cherries, with parades, concerts, and various cherry-themed activities that attract visitors from all over. The warm weather during July provides the perfect opportunity for residents and tourists to explore the stunning natural beauty of the area, including the crystal-clear waters of Lake Michigan and the picturesque Sleeping Bear Dunes. From hiking and biking trails to water sports and beach activities, the region offers an abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities in July.

The real estate market in Traverse City during July remains very active with opportunities to buy and amazing opportunities to sell. Traverse City and the surrounding areas have become a popular destination for both second homes and those seeking a permanent residence. The summer months, including July, witness a surge in real estate transactions as buyers are captivated by the region's scenic landscapes, vibrant downtown area, and access to recreational amenities. The market typically offers a diverse range of properties, including cozy cottages, waterfront homes, and spacious family properties.

Whether you're looking for a vacation or a permanent home, July presents an exciting time to explore the Traverse City and surrounding small towns' real estate market and find your dream property. I am always available and would love the opportunity to assist you in selling or buying!
