A Note From Molly
 
Greetings from Traverse City. We are officially in the second half of our Summer Season up north.
 
This is typically a time of year that families are vacationing and enjoying the beach with less emphasis on Selling or Buying a home. However, we have remained focused and steady with Listings to sell and Buyers looking at properties with the intent of a purchase sooner rather than later. Sometimes I like to remind Buyers & Sellers why this is a good time to Buy or Sell.
 
WHY SELL?
With the limited inventory and a robust Buyer pool its always a good time 
Less Competition
Lenders are looking for qualified Buyers to pre-approve
Get settled before the Fall/Winter months
Locking in a Buyer with post-closing occupancy to Sellers has never been this easy.
Summer months up-North are the best time to showcase your property
 
WHY BUY?
Inventory is low but there are some deals out there based on some Seller motivation
Interest Rates have some Buyers nervous but remember you are not married to the rate
When rates go down competition goes up. Buy Now!
Many Buyers are not in a position to “Act Swiftly” on a purchase, the waiting opens up opportunity to other Buyers
 
The season continues and homes will likely come on the market. If you are looking for someone to work for You call me and I will be your ear to the ground for what you need. If Selling is in the cards for you please let me give you some sound advice on how to get the most out of your home sale.
